Introduction to Mindfulness

A fun and practical introduction to mindfulness, training the brain and the benefits of mindfulness at work and in life. You and your team will learn in an accessible and down to earth way the benefits of mindfulness, techniques to train the brain and tools to implement mindfulness in daily life. The workshop is 120 minutes.

Mindfulness Team Boost

Boost your workday with a mental and physical break. Together with your team you will do practical mindfulness exercises and receive tips for more peace of mind in this hectic world. For example a mindful walk in nature, a bodyscan meditation or a chair yoga session. The goal is to mentally recharge and refocus on what’s important.
